   - Providing consulting services to the public and private sectors in various exploration fields. 

   - Developing and activating graduate programs in the Department of Geology and Geophysics and supporting student research.

    - Conducting geological research and studies, including seismic, structural, and environmental studies, for populated areas and areas of industrial and economic importance. 

   - Holding specialized training courses in the field of geological and environmental hazards for various sectors.

   - Assessing environmental risks and impacts.
