Geological Studies Center seeks to conduct advanced research and studies in the fields of applied geology and geophysics, including groundwater, mineral, and petroleum exploration, and the assessment of geological and environmental risks. It also aims to provide scientific consultations to the public and private sectors, develop graduate programs, and support student research. Furthermore, it seeks to raise awareness and provide training in the fields of geology and the environment, thereby enhancing the university's role in serving the community and achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
